Every year the City of Burbank Parks and Recreation and the Fine Arts Federation present the 2026 Youth Art Expo!
We love to support young artists and were so happy we were able to participate in this event. Our Board and Committee Members chose a winner from the art submitted from local high school students. So much talent out there – it was a difficult decision! But a winner was chosen. A creative sculpture by Julian Guitierrez who attends Burbank High School.
Cindy Pease and Monica Caram presented the award on behalf of California Creative Arts through our Student Education Program.
The award given was:
- Exhibit two pieces in one of our upcoming Colony Theatre exhibits
- Hands-on training of how to wire and present art
- One-year membership in CCA beginning May 1, 2026
It was a beautiful day and a joyful event. Kudos to the organizers and congratulations to all the participating artists in this year’s event!
